Meet Coach Lee
Coach Lee is a competitive Powerlifter and Personal Trainer with 10 Years Experience working with all types of clients ranging from weight loss all the way through to competitive powerlifting.
He’s a new coach to CMP having joined us after 10 years at a commercial gym.

Age: Late 40's Biggest Challenge : Struggling to see results from regular gyms and unsure how to train to get stronger for life. In your first appointment, we’ll take a full lifestyle and nutrition audit, assess your current health and fitness level and we’ll take your starting photos to assess your body composition.
This allows us to understand where you’re starting from and the approach we want to take when it comes to the plans we create for you.

Once those assessments are complete, we can then get to work on helping you achieve your goals!
We’ll create a multiphase plan that will cover your exercise programming, nutrition and roadmap so that there is clear direction around exactly how you’re going to achieve results with our expert team.

Your coaching team will be on hand to keep you accountable, motivated and on track to see results.
