In this role, you’ll assist the gym manager in leading on floor personal training operations and be involved in the day to day operations of a successful CMP Gym.
Salary - £26,750 per annum (OTE - £27-32,000)*

In this role, you’ll be solely responsible for the success of a CMP facility and will be involved in all aspects of the day to day operations.
Salary - £29,500 per annum (OTE - £30-35,000)*
Hours - 40hrs per week
OTE based upon quarterly facility performance bonuses and sales bonuses.

For those ready to lead and inspire a gym management team to success
In this role, you’ll be heavily involved in the day to day operations of regional CMP facilities and be a key decision maker within CMP.
You will support the director of the company, lead brand values and contribute to the expansion and future success of the business.
Salary - £35,000 per annum (OTE - £36-40,000)*
Hours - 40hrs per week
OTE based upon quarterly regional performance bonuses and sales bonuses.
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
For those passionate about sales, content creation and business growth.
In this role, you’ll be heavily involved in the day to day sales and marketing operations CMP facilities.
You will support the gym managers and the regional manager to help to drive the business forward and contribute to the expansion and future success of the business.
Salary - £27,000 per annum (OTE - £28-40,000)*
Hours - 40hrs per week
OTE based upon quarterly facility performance bonuses and uncapped potential earnings from sales bonuses.
